Our open days are designed to give you an authentic feel for what life at Koto at The Point is like. With a focus on community and wellness, it’s a place that truly needs to be experienced in person. The views, the landscape, and the interiors are all far more stunning when you see them firsthand.
If you’re curious about living by the sea in a thoughtfully designed space, we invite you to join us for a drink and a chat. We hope some of our current residents will be able to stop by as well. Pentire will be serving non-alcoholic cocktails inspired by the Cornish coastline, alongside live music at The Point’s Bear Bar and a curated collection of artwork from Whitewater Gallery and Hawkers Surfboards.
